1. Agreement to Terms

iNDEXHILL provides search engine optimisation (SEO) services including but not limited to:
- Technical SEO audits and implementation
- Content strategy and optimisation
- Link building and digital PR
- Local SEO services
- Analytics and reporting
- SEO consulting and training
3. Client Responsibilities
As a client of iNDEXHILL, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information as requested
- Grant necessary access to your website, analytics, and other platforms
- Respond to communications in a timely manner
- Pay invoices according to agreed payment terms
- Not engage in any practices that violate search engine guidelines
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your individual service agreement. General terms include:
- Invoices are due within 14 days of receipt unless otherwise agreed
- Late payments may incur interest at 4% above the Bank of England base rate
- We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts
- All prices are quoted in GBP unless otherwise specified
5. No Guarantees
While we strive to deliver exceptional results, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes. SEO is influenced by many factors outside our control, including:
- Search engine algorithm changes
- Competitor activities
- Market conditions
- Technical changes made by the client without consultation
Any projections or estimates provided are based on our experience and analysis but should not be considered guarantees.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the iNDEXHILL website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of iNDEXHILL and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Deliverables created specifically for clients as part of our services become the client's property upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.
7. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without consent, except as required by law. We expect clients to maintain confidentiality regarding our proprietary methods and strategies.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iNDEXHILL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits or revenue
- Loss of data or business interruption
- Damages arising from search engine penalties
- Any damages exceeding the fees paid for services in the preceding 12 months
9. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days' written notice unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. Upon termination:
- Client remains responsible for payment of work completed
- We will provide reasonable handover documentation
- Access credentials will be returned to the client
- Confidentiality obligations continue after termination
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through mediation or, if necessary, through the courts of England and Wales.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
